Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was beautiful but had some 'technical' noise issues. The service was exceptional and all staff members were incredibly friendly and professional. The location is great, right in the middle of Zakopane. The dining experience was fantastic with a huge selection, but the noise issues could disrupt your stay. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were just stunning, furnished in the Tatran style with breathtaking views of the mountains, spotless, cosy, and very comfortable. The separate sleeping and living room setup was a great touch, making my stay even more enjoyable. The service was top-notch with incredibly helpful staff, especially Wiola, who went above and beyond to assist us. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Zakopane near all the action. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious food. Overall, a fantastic experience worth every penny.
The hotel offers stunning mountain views from the beautiful and cozy rooms, but they are quite small and feature twin beds instead of queens/kings, with twin covers. The service is exceptional with knowledgeable and attentive staff, even offering to pack picnics. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main street and restaurants, though occasionally disturbed by noisy teenagers. The dining experience is rich and varied, although gourmet lovers might find the taste a bit disappointing. The facilities include a range of spa amenities like heated pools and saunas.
If you're looking for European-sized rooms with beautiful mountain views, this hotel nails it! The rooms were spotless, although the remote control got quite hot even with the heating turned off and the air conditioning on. The service was top-notch, friendly, and extremely polite, enhancing the overall experience. The location, just off the main street in Zakopane, is convenient for exploring but may get a bit noisy due to its proximity to main roads. The dining experience exceeded expectations with a wide variety of delicious options each morning. Overall, a great stay with some minor room temperature issues.
The hotel is an incredible find in Zakopane, offering a brilliant location with free parking and a tasty breakfast. The rooms, designed with lovely extra elements by a smiling Yolanta, though smaller than expected for a 5-star, were cozy and efficient. The dining experience was excellent, responding to every wish, and the fantastic free spa facilities added to the brilliant atmosphere. The facilities included a variety of spa options like heated pools and saunas. While the prices were reasonable, there were some discrepancies on the checkout bills which could have been better managed.
The hotel is wonderfully located at the heart of Zakopane, close to Krupowki Street and offering fantastic breakfast and amenities. The rooms are cozy and beautifully designed, filled with sweet treats and accompanied by champagne and sturgeon for an exquisite experience. However, the outside door usage created a draft from smokers, and the presence of rowdy teenagers was a downside.
